Art Deco 1920s Czech Princess Jewelled Fob Watch Form Powder Compact

On offer is this very attractive Czech Princess art deco powder compact which dates circa 1920 and measures approx. 7cm in diameter. This powder compact has a fob watch shape and is made of brass metal with deeply engraved scroll work design all over, front and back. The lid is further decorated with applied colourful glass jewels and enamelled accents. The powder compact opens by pressing on the watch "winder". Under the lid is a clear and reflective framed glass mirror and in the base is an open powder well which has some traces of loose powder and retains the original metal rimmed sifter and original puff. The internal rim is marked with a registration design number and the name Princess. This Czech powder compact is offered in good condition. The case has no dents or dings, there are no stones missing, the hinge is firm and the catch is secure. The interior mirror is clear and reflective. Thank you for looking
