Sublime Modernist silver ring, with a large oval cut natural Smoky Quartz.
The Quartz is a nice light grey-brown. With excellent clarity – a truly beautiful gemstone.
The silverwork of the ring is superb. It is very precise with polished claws set on a brushed background. It is great quality.
This ring is stamped 925 & has an unknown makers mark of Fm
The Smoky Quartz measures 20mm long x 16mm wide x 7.2mm deep.
It is over 12 carat in weight.
⭐ Size O ½ (UK / Au) Size 7.75 (Us) 55.75 (Eu)
⭐ This ring weighs 6.45 grams.
⭐ The band at rear is 1.8mm wide.
⭐ The projection (height on finger) is 10.2mm
This ring was likely made in the 1970’s & is around 50 years old. It has previous lovers. The condition is good, although one of the claws is slightly bent. Please see pictures. The gemstone is in great condition with no noticeable marks.
