Description
On offer is this art deco circa 1930 powder compact measuring 5 cm in diameter. This powder is made of chromium metal with black and blue enamelled lid with contrasting chrome arched bands. The case has firm hinge and secure catch and opens to reveal a polished metal mirror under the lid. The powder well in the base has a turning dial mechanism for dispensing the powder and can be left closed, open or on sift. The shiny chrome cover is marked Pat Appd for. The compact retains it's original powder puff.

This art deco powder compact is offered in good condition with some black spots to the interior mirror which however still retains a good reflection. There are some minor dints on the base.
