Description
Interesting Congreve Rolling Ball Clock. Built to an early 19th Century design this one was probably made later than 1960 and has been built to a good standard.
It has a single fuse movement with three dials for seconds, minutes and hours. It is complete and in good condition but if required could do with a polish. It is running but is a bit of a challenge to set up but comes with a little spirit level to assist in setting up.
These clocks are always difficult to regulate so should be treated as a novelty item rather than a time piece. It comes with a glazed brass dust cover (small crack to one pane).
