Large collection of Biggles first editions, twenty three volumes, by Captain W. E. Johns. See images for titles. All twenty three books are UK first editions and first printings from 1946 - 1964. All hardbacks, bound in the original publishers cloth bindings and all with the original dust jackets. Majority of jackets have the publisher's price intact. Several illustrations in colour or black & white. Each book measures approx. 8 x 5 inches.

Some edge wear to most jackets with occasional creases or minor chipping at edges of jackets; few minor marks to jackets; one jacket has child illustrations to blank inside of jacket; several books with owners name, inscription or bookplate to front endpapers; several books with light foxing mostly to endpapers or page fore-edges; occasional minor marks to cloth covers. Overall all books are very good acceptable copies with no major faults. Please note that jackets have clear removable covers that show some reflections in images.
