Pair of 19th Century Victorian Beadwork Giltwood Foot Stools

These are a good pair of 19th Century (1830) beadwork footstools in excellent condition with the beadwork being almost perfect and the original water gilding all intact to the hardwood frames. These are upholstered in teal blue velvet with the intricate beadwork detail being entirely complete to one stool and only a couple of minuscule beads missing from the other (see close up). The original gilding has a delightful colour and patina . With the condition being so exceptional these are probably the best examples you will find from this period.
