1945 Pocket Watch Chain Fob Multi Enamel Lucky Farthing Coin English Vintage Fob

Vintage Gentleman's original multi coloured enamel lucky English Farthing coin pocket watch chain fob set in an attractive rose copper mount. (Please excuse all the reflection in the pictures - was extremely difficult to photograph). Measures; 3cm height (including the top ring), 2.1cm width and weighs 3.9 grams. Vibrant English Farthing coin fob which depicts to the front in bright yellow gold enamel King George V1 to centre set upon a jet black enamel background. The back carries (again in bright yellow gold enamel) a little wren (smallest bird in the UK) set upon an iridescent emerald green enamel background and is clearly stamped (again in yellow gold enamel); Farthing 1945. Both sides are safely encapsulated within a slightly domed celluloid lense. Held securely within a rose copper mount with robust brass top ring to attach to a Gentleman's pocket watch chain. Superb clean, bright and crisp condition with no wear or damage and just a few tiny (micro) overall little surface scratches (showing under eyeglass only) commensurate with age.
