20th Century French Painted Pine Cupboard

This is an early 20th Century French antique painted pine storage cupboard. The cupboard retains it's original green paint and it has 8 graduated drawers with slatted shelves which suggests it was used for storing fruit or flowers. It is a charming piece of furniture and could be used in a kitchen to store dry foods, herbs, utensils etc. or used to keep bed linen and towels stored away. With obvious signs of wear etc. and ancient woodworm in the base, which has still been treated.
