A superb silver Victorian bookmark of larger proportions, assayed in Birmingham. This lovely example is a novelty piece and is of 'trowel' design, with a handle set with three coloured agates. The handle and blade are delightfully engraved with geometric patterns.
A good collector's piece, both decorative and practical.
