An interior anticipating the present day with dancers of the upper tier, a staircase to the underground and mysterious world of the dance floor. Modernist dating accuracy - enhances the cumulative effect of concreteness and presence. Similar compositions form the backbone of Zardins collection at the Latvian Art Museum.
