Stunning, fine and impressive antique 13.60 carat aquamarine and 0.65 carat diamond, 12 carat yellow gold and platinum set pendant; part of our diverse collection of antique aquamarine jewellery. This stunning, fine and impressive antique antique pendant has been crafted in 12ct yellow gold with platinum settings. The pierced decorated frame displays a stunning feature collet set 13.60ct cushion cut aquamarine. The apex of the aquamarine features a stunning pierced decorated splayed leaf design incorporating three pavé set Dutch cut diamonds. This feature design terminates a linear drop comprised of four individually collet set eight cut diamonds. The finely crafted pendant drop design suspends from a subtly curvilinear array of five feature Old European round cut diamonds. This aquamarine pendant is suspended from a platinum chain via two ring loops to the setting terminal, securing to the reverse with a sheath fastening and benefitting from the added security of a hinged safety latch. This antique aquamarine drop necklace with diamonds has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton Xl2 Analyzer) and verified as 12 carat gold and platinum. This impressive pendant is supplied with an Idgl diamond grading report card. Such original period examples in this very high quality are becoming increasingly difficult to locate.
