Description
Great antique early 20th Century large figure of a boy carring the basket. I believe it is hand-carved and polychrome painted carved wood, but may be this is not carved wood, might be resin. The sculpture is very heavy.
It looks gorgeous and can be used as a flower stand. Wonderful poly-chrome paint and gilding throughout and great detail to her. I believe that sculpture was made in Italy in circa early 20th Cent Art Deco period, it is not signed.
It would make a great addition to anyone's Blackamoor collection or statement at home.

condition
This piece is in excellent original condition with some very slight wear. The two golden ropes need new screw, as the original to short and came out of their place on the bin, please look at photos. No other issues.
