This is an antique decorative planter. An Indian, chased brass jardiniere pot, dating to the late Victorian period, circa 1900.
Captivatingly ornate engraving enhances this delightful planter, displaying a desirable aged patina and in good original order. Shimmering brass presents bright golden hues. Distinctive pierced rim accentuates the upper with a wavy edge. Abundant foliate garlands adorn the fascia, with figures amongst the fronds.
