Antique French Gong Striking 8-Day Mantel Clock - Sevres Panels This is a wonderful clock the clock benefits from a stepped caddy style top to a turned floral finial. The dial and panel are flanked by engine turned Corinthian columns, inverted base with ball stringing decoration. The dial is French Sevres porcelain with hand painted decoration depicted flowers and butterfly’s. The art work is in relief with fine detail and wonderful colours. This is a French 8-day gong striking movement stamped with Ab and the makers' medal for A D Moulin. The movement has its original pendulum and has just been serviced by my fathers friend John.  I am happy to ship these clocks around the world, I have many years experience in shipping delicate items through the post.
