Late 19th Century South West Persia, Khamseh Confederation - Beautiful all woollen Khamseh confederacy tribal main carpet. Very vibrant colours especially the mid blue ground. features three central pointed arrow ivory ground stepped diamonds filled with pecking Chickens, double headed Birds and geometric flower shrubs. The vivid blue ground also filled in the same manner and with many tribal motifs and notice the "abrash" vivid blue bands running across the carpet.simply stunning. **Over 30 images of carpet** All over even low pile.
