North West Persia, Kurdish interpretation of a sarab design with alternating central boteh motifs. Sarab type outer border in a very light yellow and light green. Hand washed and de-dusted, last images.

All over low pile with subtle wear to the dark brown ground. sides and ends secured. no holes. Overall a good usable long rug with no harsh reds! All woollen hand knotted construction.
