Fine antique craftsmanship with a useful riser mechanism that displays a desirable aged patina and in good order. Walnut stocks present fine grain interest and rich caramel hues. Tactile and tasteful cushion, with appealingly aged leather - commensurate with gentle use. Deeply buttoned, the green leather adorned with press stud beading. Turning in unison, the chamfered vernier to each side activate the riser. Adjusting through 6.5cm (2.5'') the cushion comes to a gentle rest at either end. Standing upon a quartet of turned and collared legs, united by a H-stretcher.
