Antique Victorian Smokers Cabinet / Cigar Box

This is a beautiful antique late 19th Century English Victorian era oak smokers cabinet or box. Very well made, cut from quality sections of nicely grained stained oak with a dark finish, dovetail joins and a registered design number to the drawer. The fantastic thing about this piece is the hidden top section which opens when the drawer is pulled out. Inside there are fitted drawers and space for a tobacco jar and a cigar tray. There is a brass key plate and handles. An extremely handsome and well executed cabinet for the tobacciana collector that is also deceptively spacious within.
