Beautiful Art Deco 18ct gold sapphire and diamond engagement ring 'Lady Diana' style. superb quality ring consisting of a large 7 x 5mm oval natural royal blue coloured sapphire. The sapphire is surrounded by 10 sparkly quality early brilliant cut white diamond of 5 points each. Total diamond weight 0.50ct min, all stones set into platinum. The face is beautifully designed with a halo of diamonds surrounding the sapphire in the famous style of Lady Diana's engagement ring. The total face of the ring is 13mm x 11mm. Well made quality ring in very good condition, the white sparkle of the diamonds and the colour of the sapphire have wonderful life and a timeless romantic feel. Would make a wonderful classic engagement ring in the style of Lady Diana's ring. Shank is fully hallmarked for 18ct gold and platinum, but no date stamp.
