Description
This is an oak bedside cupboard, well made with exposed dovetails on the base. The oak is probably American white oak and then finished to produce a blond colour & weathered look. Moulded door and crisp detail. A typically well constructed piece of furniture by a master craftsman/workshop.
Photos taken with flash on & off. On a dry day photos may be taken again outside in natural daylight. The base appears to be walnut veneered. The item is marked by Simpson.
There is now room to lower the asking price if one is interested. Don't be surprised if this was made by his son.
