Description
This is a very rare table/ washstand. Only the Century Guild could have made or commissioned this unique design.
Please see a similar example in;
The Art Institute Chicago; ref, 2002.13
That example was made for The Great Hall at Pownall Hall. This table in my opinion was part of a suite as a matching table was sold at a UK auction in 2019, with identical detail. Photos can be sent to you for comparison. This piece of furniture has the cupboard underneath and the very decorative metalwork. So with all due respect is a better example than the one that sold.
Your highly unlikely to ever see one of these again.

condition
condition
In very good condition. The top could do with some reviving but nothing too drastic. The photos show its condition. This did have towel rails on either side and they have been plugged many years ago.
