It's a very handsome piece with its scrolled arms, applied walnut turned roundels, slender back rail all sitting on square slightly tapered sabre style legs. This one is of a solid walnut frame which is of a pleasing tone and sits well with sensible day to day aging, nothing nasty or particularly off putting. A few historic flight holes treated as a precaution by us. The heavy woven floral fabric is clean and perfectly usable - we can offer reupholstery if you desire for £400 plus Vat and it would take around 7-8 meters of fabric which we are happy to assist in sourcing with samples etc., the choice is endless.
