Elder Books & Collectables has clarified that the Charles Darwin x 2 Journal of the Voyage of HMS Beagle & the Origin of Species (LA500227) is genuinely of the period declared with the date/period of manufacture being 1902 & 1911
condition
Very minor wear at top & bottom of spines with a few minor marks to cloth boards, endpapers browned to both books with minor crack to inner front hinge of the beagle and a small inscription to front endpaper.
Overall both books in very good plus condition with boards well attached and text pages clean.
