English Oak and Elm Windsor Carver Chair This style is known by many names smokers bow, Windsor chair or Captain’s chair A very rare original English oak and elm Windsor carver chair, all in very good original condition with a natural patina. The chair has a large comfortable Saddle seat, turned back spindles and chunky turned legs with a double turned stretcher. The chair dates from the mid 19th century, this is a timeless classic, and unusually made from oak and elm. A great looking and comfortable large chair, all sound with original patina.
