Fabulous Antique English “Huntsleat” Oak case Longcase clock - 8 day – 1820 Superb longcase clock Painted dial Incredible solid oak case with satinwood stringing 8-Day bell striking movement bell striking ball & spere finials Anchor escapement Swanneck top pediment Clock is circa 1820 Working order Measures 238cm high by 52cm wide & 24cm Antique Long case clock housed in an oak case with satinwood stringing, the case has a wonderful aged Patina. The clock has a swan neck top pediment topped off with a brass ball and spere finials. The dial is painted with floral decorations, a Victorian lady with roman numerals, it has 2 subsidiary dials. The hands are fantastic, lovely and ornate finish. Very good condition for age, showing slight signs or age please view the many photos make sure happy.
