condition
Please see the pictures for details of the items condition. - This table is in very good original condition, commensurate with its age, and is structurally very sound and sturdy. Original and unmolested, other than a perished screw replaced and joints reglued. Never French polished. Only marks and blemishes in keeping with use, now all well wax polished over. Lovely aged colour. Excellent attractive aged patina throughout. Lovely original surface, never been refinished. A little historic extinct old worm holes to the secondary hidden timbers. Now fully treated, as a matter of precaution, though do not affect the sturdiness of the table in any way. This has been through the workshop for the most delicate of services, and sensitively cleaned, waxed, and is now ready for use. - As with all vintage & antique furniture there will be signs of use, marks, wear & tear, etc.
