Georgian Elbow Armchair c.1820 - We Have Two

From a recent buying trip, these two rather handsome chairs were found in a cottage on the North Yorkshire Moors and survive in lovely time worn condition. We have a lovely double ball and bar back, well turned legs terminating in a tulip shape, a slender pair of well shaped arms and the original seat well padded and recent new webbing which is ready for upholstery, which we can assist with at a cost of £65 plus VAT each - you will need 1 metre of fabric per chair maximum. As mentioned they sit in a charming aged condition, no movement in the arms or frame, age marks and knocks of course to all areas but perfectly usable.
