Gorgeous French Silver Brooch

A gorgeous silver brooch, originating from France. This lovely example is of 800 grade silver and dates to Circa 1890. The body of the brooch features a tied bow, scrolls and foliate elements. To the centre is an oval set cut glass Amethyst, surrounded with clear and multicoloured cut glass stones, representing semi precious gem stones. To the bottom is a delightful Moonstone tear drop and to the reverse is a strong hinged pin and original C clasp. Attached is also a silver trace safety chain for added peace of mind. Presented here in the display box, it is a ready to go gift and a great wearable addition to any collection. Hallmarks:- French. 800 mark along with the Boars head. Date:- Circa 1890.
