Elegant large mahogany bookcase from the 19th century from England
Very beautiful bookcase called breakfront (which has a forward part). Which gives it a nice line.
The lower part is closed and composed of 2 doors and 4 drawers including a false drawer which has a small compartment with two drawers. Very beautiful flame
The upper part is made up of four glass doors with astragale glaces. The doors which are made of solid mahogany have been polished on both sides. A sign of the good quality of the library. Very beautiful molded cornice.
The upper and lower part have adjustable shelves. Original shelves with a very beautiful patina and molding
in superb condition and very beautiful patina.
The bookcase has been completely hand polished in our workshops, which represents a lot of work, but gives it a superb patina.
Very beautiful and rare model.
