Mid-size Nivada Compensamatic Wrist Watch

Nivada was a Swiss assembly company based in Grenchen, Switzerland, they registered the Nivada name in 1937 although this particular watch dates back to the 1960s. The watch has a signed 17-jewel hand-winding movement which is working nicely. The watch measures 31.5mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs so it would suit a slimmer wrist. The case is gold plated, if you look closely, there is some rubbing around the crown. The lens is in good condition. The signed dial is in good original condition with original hands, centre seconds hand and outer minute markers. A new leather strap has been fitted. The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
