Pair of 19th Century French Bronze Candelabra - Male & Female

Pair of bronze candelabra of a girl and a guy in Romanesque costumes, and both holding torchères with candle sconces at the top. Each one is 42cm tall aso a good, large size and the highly decorative bases are 20cm across. These are top quality, the bases are floral in design with lots of super work, and the figures themselves are exceptionally detailed. I suppose these would be termed classical, and their style and construction make them certainly French, but sadly I can't find any signature or other mark to determine who made them. Without that it is very difficult to date them, but they are definitely 19th century and I would say c 1860. They were originally acquired from an estate sale in Dorset and I have owned them for many years, but it is time for them to go now and whoever owns them next will love them, I guarantee.
