Pocket Watch: Antique Elgin Pocket Watch, 1923

The watch has a 15-jewel stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and it has the serial number 25,705,407 which dates it back to 1923. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover. The watch measures 44mm diameter excluding the winding stem. The case is 14kt gold filled and was made by the Crescent Watch Company. The case is in lovely condition and has stylish initials to the back. The acrylic lens is in good condition. The signed dial is in its original finish with original blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute markers. There is a little marking to the dial but all very acceptable. The watch comes in a new presentation box. All prices include UK postage (excluding Northern Ireland).
