Original Victorian very unusual brass and steel Antique swivel dog clip fob with integral winder key to attach to a Gentleman's pocket watch chain. Measures; 3.6cm height (including the top ring) and weighs a respectable 2.3 grams. Robust brass pocket watch chain swivel dog clip (operates correctly) which is clearly stamped to one side of the bail (in fancy, slightly raised arched script); Patent. Integral steel key shaft to base with square end (no splits or damage), size unknown but measures internally just under 2mm. Excellent clean and bright condition with no damage and just a tiny (micro) bit of overall patina (showing under eyeglass only) commensurate with age.
