Rare Antique Porcelain & Gilt Double Perfume Scent Bottle Circa 1880

On offer is this rare antique double perfume bottle which dates circa 1880 and stands approx. 9.5 cm in height. This antique scent bottle is made of cobalt blue porcelain with heavy gilt design featuring bird and foliage on one side and man and camel on the other side upon oval base with gilt edging. The bottle has two separate cylindrical necks and gilt ball porcelain stoppers. The necks are lined in cork which has some perishing so the stoppers are slightly loose. This fine and unusual antique perfume bottle is offered in very good condition. The porcelain has no chips, cracks or crazing and there is little if any wear at all to the decorative gilding. As mentioned above the cork lining is a little perished and there is some very minor chipping to the stopper plugs. Thank you for looking.
