Rare Miniature Apprentice Dresser Victorian Oak c.1860

Here we have a very rare mid 19th Century (c.1860) Victorian antique apprentice miniature chest of drawers or dresser. As you can see the chest has great colour and patina. There is a pointed top with Gothic type carving and a moulded edge. There is an open rack for storage and then 3 drawers below. The drawers have serpentine fronts with mahogany mounts. There is also a decorative lozenge shaped cartouche above. The drawers are all oak lined and have a particularly fine and unusual dove tail construction. There are original handles and the whole sits on an elaborate bracket base. A beautiful finely made period piece in great retail condition ready for your home.
