Superb American Stacking Filing Cabinet by Yawman & Erbe
This is a superb example of an American stacking system waterfall filing cabinet, this handsome and unusual piece, dates from around 1900, it is made in oak with varying sizes of drawers for all of your filing needs.
The cabinet has 4 large easy sliding filing drawers at the bottom, above these there are 4 card index drawers and above these there are 12 box file storage compartments, these have a wooden base and a metal frame to hold the box file. All the drawers have brass label holders and handles.
The cabinet is in good condition, the drawers all have new liners and run smoothly and easily
The cabinet when assembled is 75” high, 33” wide and 25” deep at the floor, needless to say the cabinet dismantles for ease of transportation.
