The watch has a good quality Eta 25-jewel automatic movement which is working nicely. The watch is a good wearable size at 35mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is stainless steel and it is in good condition, just light marking to the back of the watch. It also states that the watch is waterproof but, as with any vintage watch, it should be kept away from water and moisture. The lens is in good condition. The signed dial is in its original finish with original hands, centre seconds hand and date display… this is an early form of quickset date which is initially set by turning the hands repeatedly backwards and forwards between 5 past midnight and 8.30pm.
