Watch: Gents 1960s Limit Wristwatch

The watch has a Swiss 17-jewel hand-winding movement which is working nicely. The watch measures 34mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The main body of the case is gold plated while the case back is stainless steel. The front of the watch is in good condition, the back has a little wear if you look closely and there are a couple of light surface scratches to the stainless steel back. The lens is in good condition, just a couple of minor marks if viewed very closely. The dial is signed Limit. The company was based in Oldham in Lancashire and were listed as importers of watches into the UK. The dial is in lovely original condition. A new leather strap has been fitted.
