George James Knox (1810-1897) was a Dublin born artist who lived in London. Primarily a landscape watercolourist with a penchant for snow scenes and sunsets. Exhibited 9 works at RA, 20 at Suffolk Street and 1 at the British Institution between 1839-1859 and 2 at RHA.
