A great looking armchair in English oak which is lightly limed and finished with a dark green high quality leather upholstery, not vinyl. The frame is just wonderful with age faded liming and so well designed with great use of the grain to the oak. We have day to day marks to the tight frame, no movement in the strong arms and it sits well and is comfortable. The perfect accompaniment to a period desk or maybe spot on for an accent chair in a bedroom or hall. The leather upholstery is lightly marked with no holes or splits, comfortable and the frame has been lightly beeswaxed. A great looking 1930s English oak chair with real style and design.
