Impressive antique 2.94 carat dyed quartz and 0.03 carat hessonite garnet, 9 carat yellow gold bird brooch; part of our diverse vintage jewellery and estate jewelry collections. This fine and impressive antique brooch has been crafted in 9ct yellow gold. The brooch has been modelled in the form of a stylised bird. The bird is ornamented with a claw set blue cabochon dyed quartz. The eye of the bird is represented by a claw set 0.03ct round faceted cut hessonite garnet. This antique gemstone bird brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and clasp fastening, with the additional benefit of a safety chain. The reverse of the setting is hallmarked with the 9ct gold mark (9CT). This antique gemstone brooch is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card.
