Antique Bohemain Enamel & Gilt Glass Trinket Pot / Dressing Table Box Circa 1880

On offer is this fine antique Bohemian glass trinket box, dresser, vanity jar dating circa 1880 and measuring approx. 3.5 cm in depth and is 5 x 6 cm at the widest points. This shaped glass hinged box is made of pale green glass with very attractive hand applied enamel and gilt decoration around the sides of the box and to the lid. This trinket pot has brass rims and hinge and early s-catch. It opens and closes securely and has firm hinge and secure catch. The glass base of the box is marked with gilt numbers. This antique trinket pot is offered in good condition with no chips, cracks or fractures to the glass body or lid. There is no visible wear to the enamel decoration. Thank you for looking.
