Art Deco Pin Cushion Half Doll Crown Top Perfume Scent Bottle German Porcelain 1920s

Offered for your consideration is this charming art deco German porcelain pin cushion half doll / crown top scent bottle combination dating circa 1920 and measuring a total of 12 cm in height. The half doll lady / scent bottle is in the form of a pretty lady wearing a headdress made up of lilac roses and holding a single large lilac rose clasped in her hand and close to her chest. The head is the perfume container and is fitted with the original dispensing crown top stopper with firmly fitting cork plug. The doll is seated on a straw filled pin cushion base covered in silk fabric with ruffled silk along the base and with a green silk ribbon tied around the waist. This charming art deco all original ensemble is offered in very good condition. The porcelain doll has no chips, cracks or crazing. The crown top stopper fits correctly. The pin cushion base is strong and sturdy and the fabric skirt has some pins in it and the fabric is clean and unfrayed. Thank you for looking.
