Antique Oil Lamp Banquet Lamp Cobalt Glass Font

Fantastic antique banqueting oil lamp standing an impressive 82.5cm tall overall. The lamp has a brass Corinthian column base with an optically ribbed cobalt blue glass font and is fitted with a good quality antique duplex burner. The lamp is completed with an antique glass globular shade acid etched with a floral pattern. N.B. Although the brass base is antique, it was probably made to be used for either electric Or oil and has a small hole in the plinth to accommodate this. A rubber grommet has been used to cover the hole as per my pictures.
