Description
This is a stylish circular Art Deco mirror from the 1940s.
The mirror consists of five individual pieces, the main centre plate and 4/ quarter mirrored pieces which make up the outer frameless section.
The centre plate is a circular convex, which catches the light beautifully
The four outer coloured mirrored pieces, have a good bevelled edge all round and provide the period colour and frameless border.
All five pieces are in good condition with a good reflectivity, there are a couple of age related marks on the coloured outer section. There are no chips, nibbles or deep scratches on any of the five pieces.
All five pieces are mounted on a wooden backboard, the centre plate is held in position with the four outer pieces which are attached to the backboard with traditional metal clips and have additional screws with white faceted tops.
This is a quality mirror in exceptional condition for its age.
