Decorative English Oak Leather Topped Desk c.1910

Handsome English oak desk with leather insert to the top of sensible proportions and with twisted oak legs and stretcher and two panelled drawers with working lock and key to the right hand drawer. This one sits in nice aged order and we would assume the brass handles are a historic addition which work fine with the rest of the piece. The desk sits firm with the drawers running fine with the leather top showing light aging. We have lightly waxed the desk and the drawers are clean. Expect a desk with character and charm - ready to place and enjoy.
