Handsome Oak & Leather Art Deco Armchair c.1930

This is a great looking oak Art Deco reclining armchair we would say English, and possibly a one off. We have replaced the 1980s drab Dralon with a high quality deep green leather hide which will age wonderfully well and of course there’s a new filling etc to ensure it is comfortable for quite a while yet. We love the bold curves on this one and it’s ready to place with a tight frame and no faults apart from mellow aging. Perfect for some many spaces - living room, kitchen diner, garden room or the bedroom…. A rather handsome armchair c.1930 Billy Hunt has successfully focused on British furniture and lighting since 2014 and always has an interesting ever changing selection of carefully chosen pieces from the early 1800s to late 1970s. Our base is a large Victorian 2 storey red brick barn on a wonderful traditionally run country estate in Staffordshire. We are able to offer a first class upholstery service and also assistance in interior design if requested. For any large items that require two people to lift the item, we ask that you are available at the time of delivery to be able to give our shipper a lift off the van and into your house with the item. If you are not able to lift items yourself, we ask that you have someone on hand at the time of delivery to assist our shipper with moving the item.
