On offer is this attractive Charles Horner antique hat pin which is fully hallmarked for Chester 1909 along with the CH mark for Charles Horner. The hat pin is offered in very good condition with no damage to the silver head. The steel pin end is a little blunt and the pin has some age related tarnish. Thank you for looking.
