Exceptional, fine and impressive pair of antique Russian silver gilt and enamel vodka tots - boxed; an addition to our range of drinks related silverware
These exceptional antique Russian silver gilt vodka tots* have a cylindrical form to a plain knopped pedestal and circular spreading foot.
The surface of each Russian vessel is embellished with fine and impressive turquoise hot enamel.
The gilt silver knopped pedestals are encircled with further hot enamel decoration to the cylindrical stemmed portions.
The anterior and interior surfaces of these impressive tots/cups retain the original gilding.
These exceptional drinking vessels are fitted to a satin wood presentation box with a velvet and satin lined interior, securing with a hinged clasp.
*A tot is a small amount of a strong alcoholic drink, such as vodka or rum.

The enamel is in perfect condition.
The satin wood box has some wear, however can be considered to be in presentation condition.
There are no hallmarks struck to these pieces; the date and origin can be determined by the composition and decoration, in addition to the type and composition of the box.
