Large silver filigree box, late 19th-early 20th century. In the traditional shape of a rectangular shape with a high hinged lid and an internal key lock. The box is made in the technique of filigree with applied rosettes and granulation. Mounted on four high legs. On the front wall there is an overlay with a dedicatory inscription. Russian Empire, Odessa (?), late 19th-early 20th century. Unknown master.Brand: The stamp of the master is K.K in a square shield (unknown master). Assay mark in an oval shield - Russian assay of silver 84, female head oriented to the left, letters IP (Stamp of the Odessa district assay department in 1899-1908. Assay master I. Sorokin.); assay mark of the Odessa district assay department in the form of a female head oriented to the left with the letters IP - in a round shield.
Good condition, traces of use. Silver, filigree, granulation. The inner fabric upholstery of the box has been preserved.
